Conferences

TxATE sponsors and promotes many events throughout the year with the goal of providing professional development and networking opportunities for our members. Every summer, TxATE hosts its annual conference and promotes the Joint Summer conference with TACCTEP, TACO, TCTCT, and TDFE. TxATE also plays a key role in the annual CSOTTE conference, which is held in the fall. In addition, TxATE promotes the ATE Annual and Summer conferences, as well as the SRATE annual conference. 

Our goal is to provide members with numerous opportunities to engage with other teacher educators as we work to inform educational policy and practice in Texas and throughout the United States.

2019 TxATE Conference and Joint Summer Meeting

Registration is now open!

This year’s TxATE Conference and Joint Summer Meeting will be June 10-11, 2019. Participants will have the opportunity to attend forums with TEA and Pearson, participate in organization meetings, hear from keynote speaker Dr. Christie McIntyre (ATE President) and many more presenters from schools and universities.
